Pathway Healthcare and Training Services LLC is seeking  skilled and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomists to join our growing team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will provide high-quality care by traveling to various locations such as homes, nursing facilities, or medical clinics to perform blood draws and collect specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipunctures and other specimen collections with accuracy and precision.

- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.

- Label and prepare specimens and transport  to laboratory sites.

- Maintain proper documentation, including patient information and lab requisition forms.

- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, organized, and stocked.

- Travel to designated patient locations in a timely manner, providing professional and courteous service.

- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies.

Requirements:

·  Certification in Phlebotomy from an accredited program.

·  Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).

·  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

·  Must have own Professional and Liability Insurance

·  Must have a Centrifuge

·  Strong communication and customer service skills.

·  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·  Proficiency in labeling, specimen handling, and record-keeping.
